Project Overview
While interning as a Digital Designer at Advantage Group International, I was tasked with building the company it’s first corporate intranet. The intranet’s primary goal was to serve as a company-wide hub for social interaction, prompted by the transition to remote work amid the pandemic and quarantine, and a centralized resource for employees to access important data, files and resources.
The project took place over the course of 4 months, with regular input and communication with the project stakeholders (my Marketing Team manager, the company board, and the chairman), and involved a full 0->1 product development process including outlining project objectives, developing a schedule, creating personas for employee user segmentation, conducting interviews, performing competitive analyses, developing low-and-high-fidelity prototypes, and coordinating the launch and final communications for the product.
